Those with the responsibility of repairing and maintaining premises now have a statutory duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic properties. This follows the introduction of Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations in 2012 which became law as of May 21st, 2004.
Sheffield Asbestos Surveys Ltd can undertake every aspect of asbestos management, ensuring that our clients’ premises comply fully with Regulation 4. We discuss the requirements of our clients on an individual basis in order to determine which types of survey should be undertaken at the premises.
All asbestos survey reports carried out by Sheffield Asbestos Surveys are undertaken in compliance with the current HSE Guidance Document HSG 264 2nd Edition 2012. Our specialist team comprises experienced, competent and highly professional personnel, all of whom are holders of the industry-approved BOHS P-402 qualification.
